Nepal is a monumental staircase whose summit is lost in the clouds. The “roof of the world”, refuge of the legendry Yeti and the adobe of Gods, starts from the lush jungle inhabited by wild beasts in the terai to higher Himalayas. The inhabitants of the country will welcome you with a warm “Namaste”, which symbolizes and means “that all the qualities that you have are blessed by the gods. I greet you respectfully”.
This respect of the divinity is found in the splendid monuments that have been constructed throughout the valley of Kathmandu with an acute sense of harmony. Extremely evocative, this small country is concentrated with beauty of the landscapes, cultural wealth and ethnicity.
Altitude
The altitude is well safe, one of the main characteristics of the Nepalese terrain. However the situation of cities and tourist places in the Kathmandu valley, outside of the treks of high mountain (which is not the case of this trip) rarely exceeds the 1,500 meters. The adaptation is done so without problem.
Climate
Nepal experiences following seasons:
a. Spring: March – May
b. Summer: June – August
c. Autumn: September – November
d. Winter: December -February
Spring is colorful season, which is punctuated by the odd shower of life-giving rain, but the heat gradually builds until the monsoon relief arrives. During summer the Monsoon; moisture-laden wind, gathers in the Bay of Bengal and sweep up across India to spend its force on the Himalayan mountain chain. Autumn is renowned for clear skies and pleasant temperature. By winter the high hills take dry brown shades and the mountains are occasionally dusted with fresh snow. However due to Nepal’s vast range of diversified land orientation as well it’s amazing climatic variation effects regular seasons different and are six in Nepal that’s why possibly Nepal could be all season.
