Overview

Day 1

ARRIVE IN KATHMANDU AIRPORT

Our airport representative will transfer from the airport to the hotel. Evening meeting about your tour program at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2

HALF DAY SIGHTSEEING TOUR IN KATHMANDU

After breakfast guide will pick you up from the hotel for your sightseeing tour in Kathmandu including Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath & Bhaktapur Durbar square. Evening preparation for the trekking. Overnight at the hotel.

PASHUPATINATH

It is considered one of the holiest pilgrimage destinations for all Hindus in the world. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and built on the banks of the Bagmati River. It is witness to various religious activities every day. Sadhus (holy men) from many different countries especially from India, visit the temple to pay homage to Lord Shiva. There are Ghats on the banks of the Bagmati River. These are rectangular stone platforms used for the crimination of dead bodies while the square ones are for ritual baths.

BOUDDHANATH

One of the largest Buddhist Stupa in South Asia, Nepal is a religious center for Buddhist people. Surrounding the stupa there are different monasteries belonging to different Buddhist sects. Many tourists visit the Stupa for sightseeing and shopping for Tibetans handicrafts. During the full moon, Boudhanath is host to special religious activities.

BHAKTAPUR

It is much larger and more spacious than the one in Kathmandu and much less crowded with temples than Patan. The disastrous earthquake in 1934 destroyed many of the beautiful monuments in the square and they are now marked by empty platforms where they once stood. Some of the most popular monuments like the Golden Gate, the Peacock Window, and the Nyatapola Temple are some of the main attractions

Day 3

KATHMANDU DRIVE TO BESI SAHAR

Drive-by tourist bus or by Pvt car. (5/6 hours).

Day 4

BESISAHAR TREK TO BAHUNDANDA

The first day of the Annapurna Circuit is a long one, our first day introduces us to the cultural elements of Nepal, and we encounter typical local houses and the different faces of the various peoples. 7 hours.

Day 5

BAHUNDANDA TREK TO CHAMJE

A slightly shorter trekking day has us climbing to Chamje through the forest, but near the river and entering the Nyingma Pa Buddhist-influenced area.

Day 6

CHAME TREK TO BAGARCHAP

This trail continues to the Gurung village of Bagarchap complete with its new Gompa.

Day 7

BAGARCHAP TREK TO CHAME

We enter conifer woodland and reach the official district capital of Chame, with its hot springs.

Day 8

CHAME TREK TO PISANG

Pass the rock wall of the Oble Dome and continue along the Annapurna Circuit to Upper Pisang, an architecturally magnificent village.

Day 9

PISANG TREK TO MANANG

Walk along the valley trail to Manang, the unofficial trekking capital of the Annapurna Circuit.

Day 10

MANANG ACCLIMATIZATION

Explore the Manang Valley to ensure that you have sufficient acclimatization to continue.

Day 11

MANANG TREK TO LATDAR

Today we leave Manang, & trail makes an ascent of nearly 2000m to the Thorung La pass. We make the climb steadily through Tenki, leaving the Marsyangi Valley. Continuing along the Jarsang Khola Valley to Ledar.

Day 12

LATDAR TREK TO THORUNG PHEDI

The trail descends to cross the river at 4310m we then climb up to Phedi at 4420m. At High Camp on the elevation of 4600m, we can found there some good Guesthouses. Your overnight stay will be there.

Day 13

THROUNG PHEDI PASS VIA THORUNG LA (5416m) – CONTINUE TREK TO MUKTINATH

Climb the Thorung La pass at 5,300 meters to reach the sacred site of Muktinath.

Day 14

TREK TO JOMSOM

Finally, the Annapurna Circuit trek heads downhill, through the arid landscape to the ancient town of Jomsom on the Kali Gandaki River.

Day 15

JOMSOM FLY BACK TO POKHARA

It is a 25 minutes flight. Transfer from the airport to the hotel. The valley opens out, and great views of Dhaulagiri are visible. O/N Lodge or Camp.

Day 16

FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING TOUR IN POKHARA

After breakfast drive to Sarangkot and view the mountain and back to Pokhara, after this sightseeing tour around Pokhara valley including Devi’s fall, Cave, World Peace Stupa, and join boating at Lake Phewa.

Day 17

BACK TO KATHMANDU

Drive back to Kathmandu by Car / Van / Tourist Bus (6hrs) or Fly (20minute)

Day 18

FINAL DEPARTURE TO ONWARD JOURNEY

  • Airport pickups and drops in a private vehicle
  • 3-star hotel accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara with breakfast
  • Teahouse accommodation during the trek
  • All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during the trek
  • All ground transportation on a comfortable private vehicle as per the itinerary
